Submitting an order records the request but does not guarantee availability or fulfillment. Strada Vitality may review customer details, inventory, documentation context, payment status, and lawful-use requirements before an order proceeds.
Pricing, Discounts, and Shipping
Prices, valid discounts, and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to that submitted order. First-order shipping promotions are subject to the eligibility rules displayed in the cart and checkout. Address accuracy is the customer's responsibility.
Payments
Use only the payment option and order-number instructions presented after checkout. Payment is not confirmed until the order record shows the appropriate paid status. Third-party payment services are governed by their own terms.
Fulfillment and Support
Fulfillment timing begins only after required review and payment confirmation. Customers should use their order number when requesting support. Shipping, handling, replacement, or refund decisions remain subject to order status and Strada Vitality review.
