Website And Account Terms
Customers agree to provide accurate information, maintain current contact details, protect their sign-in credentials, follow all checkout acknowledgements, and use the website in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, product restrictions, and payment-provider requirements. Account approval may be required before pricing, checkout, protected documentation, or other restricted features become available.
Customer Communications
By submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or placing an order, customers authorize Strada Vitality to contact them by email or phone about that inquiry, account access, order, payment review, fulfillment update, documentation request, security issue, support need, or compliance review. Optional marketing email and SMS consent is separate, is not a condition of purchase, and may be changed through the customer profile or by contacting support.

Website text, images, catalog records, branding, and documentation may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, misrepresented, or misused without written permission from Strada Vitality or the applicable rights holder.
SMS Program Terms
Program name: Strada Vitality SMS Updates. Messages may include account updates, order confirmations, payment reminders, fulfillment updates, documentation requests, and customer support follow-up when a customer separately opts in. Promotional SMS requires separate consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance by contacting stradavitality@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Order Requests
Orders are subject to review and may be refused, cancelled, held, or limited when customer information is incomplete, requested use is not permitted, inventory is unavailable, labeling or documentation cannot be verified, fraud or abuse is suspected, or a payment or service provider requires additional review. Submitting an order creates an order record but does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or fulfillment.
Catalog Access and Pricing
Public visitors may view product names and general research-material information on stradavitality.com. Pricing, purchase actions, checkout, and protected documentation require an approved Strada Vitality customer account. Prices, eligible discounts, taxes when applicable, and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to that submitted order.
Refunds & Fulfillment
Cancellations, refund requests, replacements, damaged or missing shipments, shipping questions, and order issues should be submitted to stradavitality@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details. Eligibility depends on product condition, payment and fulfillment status, provider requirements, store policy, and applicable law. Do not return materials without written instructions. Fulfillment timing begins after required review and payment confirmation, and tracking is provided when available after a label is created.
Research-Use Notice
Strada Vitality materials are intended strictly for qualified laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Product information is provided for catalog, documentation, and handling review only. Strada Vitality does not provide medical advice, treatment guidance, dosage guidance, prescription fulfillment, or claims of health, wellness, performance, weight-loss, cosmetic, or therapeutic benefit.
Payment Compliance
Card or digital payment availability depends on payment-provider review and approval for the disclosed business model and product category. Customers must not use false, incomplete, or misleading information during account access, orders, or payment. When available, card checkout is completed on a Stripe-hosted or Stripe-connected payment screen. Payment is not confirmed until the connected processor and the Strada Vitality order record show the appropriate paid status. Processing may pause if a provider requests additional documentation.
Suspension and Policy Updates
Strada Vitality may restrict accounts, refuse or cancel orders, preserve relevant records, and contact service providers when activity appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms or research-use restrictions.
