Research use only
Materials are offered solely for qualified laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, dosing, or prescription use.
Account and pricing access
Products and public records may be viewed without an account. Pricing, cart, checkout, and restricted documentation require an approved Strada Vitality customer account.
Payment and order review
An order is not paid or accepted until the connected processor confirms payment and Strada Vitality completes any required account, inventory, documentation, and lawful-use review.
Shipping and fulfillment
Shipping timing begins after payment and required review. Available rates and services are calculated from the order destination and connected fulfillment provider. Tracking is shared when a label is created.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
Contact support with the order number and relevant shipping details. Eligibility depends on order status, product condition, fulfillment records, and applicable law; do not return materials without instructions.
Documentation
Certificates of Analysis and batch records are presented when available. A missing public document link does not imply a test result or certification.
