How to Evaluate Peptide Research
A practical framework for reading study design, evidence stage, limitations, sources, and regulatory context.
Start with the evidence stage
Separate in-vitro work, animal or preclinical research, early human studies, controlled clinical evidence, and regulatory review. Each answers different questions and supports different conclusions.
Read beyond the headline
Check the research question, sample, comparator, outcome measures, statistical methods, limitations, and whether the conclusion matches the reported results.
Check the source and incentives
Prefer original papers, regulators, universities, and recognized scientific institutions. Review funding, conflicts, publication date, corrections, retractions, and later contradictory work.
